  Inspired
by our love for sweets and creative gastronomy, Sweet Production
Incorporated was founded in 2007. The team decided to name
the
bakery "Sweet Production" to convey
a sense of both the satisfying products
and the joy of running an efficient bakery operation.
Our team is dedicated to baking quality baked goods,
providing the best customer service, and ensuring our products are
reasonably priced. We produce over 300 items in various
flavors,
sizes, and textures. With a repertoire that
includes pastries, cakes, tarts, pies, and more, we are still
happy to work with
you to create a custom-made product. The
bakery is
located in a 12,000 square foot facility in San Carlos, and we
currently
deliver our baked goods to Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin,
San
Francisco, San Mateo,
Santa Clara and Sonoma counties. If a customer values our
pastries, we
do
our best to deliver to them, even if it means expanding our current
delivery area. Our production facility uses
state of the art "intelligent" convection ovens and a combination of
the newest and most efficient equipment and legacy baking tools (which
we have found are irreplaceable).Sweet Production is currently an exclusively wholesale bakery, a wide variety of Bay Area retailers, restaurants and food service kitchens offer our products. Whether at a hotel breakfast buffet, a wedding or a catered executive dinner, the team at Sweet Production hopes you discover our delicious products at a location near you soon. | ||||||||||
